Q: How much are the Association assessments? 
A: For 2009-2010, Member assessments are $103 per quarter due the first of January, April, July and October.  Assessments are subject to increases as approved by the Board of Directors.


Q: What happends if my assessment if not paid on time?
A: The maintenance and management services incurred by the Association are dependent upon timely receipt of the assessments due from each homeowner. The CC&R's allows the Association to assess late charges and interest and proceed with a lien on your property, or foreclosure proceedings, for nonpayment of assessments.
Q: What methods are available to pay my assessments? 
A: Coupons are mailed to Members prior to each billing cycle.  Because our community is connected to Smartstreet, you can pay your association assessments online. You can pay by credit card, MasterCard check card* or by electronic check from your checking account.
